Bees are indispensable pollinators for Kenya's food crops and wild flora. Unfortunately, habitat
loss and pesticide use threaten bee populations. Initiatives like modern hive programs and bee
farming cooperatives enable smallholders to protect pollinators while boosting honey production,
securing both income and food security.
